摘  要:介绍一个综合性实验项目,该实验内容包括合成经典引发剂二叔丁基过氧化物和基于衰减全反射傅立叶变换红外光谱法定量分析产物两部分。该实验将有机合成、仪器分析、光谱解析等内容融合,两轮实验教学的结果表明,本实验应用于教学既可以巩固提高制药工程等专业学生的实验操作能力,又可以学习衰减全反射红外光谱法在定量分析中的应用,也提高了学生独立完成数据分析与处理的能力,同时也提高了学生解决复杂问题的能力。在课程思政方面,实验项目培养学生严谨认真的科研素养,夯实学生的实验安全意识和应对突发情况的能力。In this paper a comprehensive experimental project was introduced,which included the synthesis of classical initiator di-tert-butylperoxide and quantitative analysis of the product based on attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy.Organic synthesis,instrument analysis and spectrum analysis were combined together in this project.To date,this project has been added into the experiment teaching of pharmaceutical engineering for two years in our university.The results showed that carrying out this project had three aspects of advantages,including improving the students’abilities in experiment operation,learning the application of attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy in quantitative analysis and enhancing the students’abilities in data processing and analysis.In terms of ideological and political education,the rigorous and precise scientific research quality of students,their experimental safety consciousness,and their ability to deal with unexpected events could be cultivated and enhanced with the implementation of this project.
