摘 要:子宫内膜癌约占妇科肿瘤的20%~30%,是一种严重威胁女性健康的恶性肿瘤。近年研究表明,我国城市女性子宫内膜癌的发病率和死亡率呈上升趋势。为了进一步明确子宫内膜癌的发病机制,越来越多的学者从表观遗传学方面研究子宫内膜癌的发生和发展过程。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)是一种小的非编码RNA,广泛参与细胞生理、病理过程中的表观遗传调控。综述多种miRNA在表观遗传学方面对子宫内膜癌中肿瘤相关基因的主要调控作用,以期进一步阐明子宫内膜癌发病的可能分子机制,为探寻新的诊断和治疗靶点提供相关依据。Endometrial carcinoma,accounting for about 20%-30%of gynecological tumors,is a malignant tumor that seriously threatens women′s health.In recent years,research has shown that the incidence and mortality of the disease have increased gradually among urban women in China.In order to further clarify the pathogenesis of endometrial carcinoma,more and more scholars have studied the occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma from the aspect of epigenetics.MicroRNAs(miRNAs)are small non-coding RNAs that widely participate in epigenetic regulation of cellular physiology and pathology.By reviewing the epigenetic effects of multiple miRNAs on tumor-related genes in endometrial carcinoma,we hope to further elucidate the possible molecular mechanisms of endometrial carcinoma pathogenesis and provide relevant basis for the exploration of new diagnostic and therapeutic targets.
