摘  要:移相全桥ZVS软开关变换电路具有控制简单、可靠性高和效率高等优点,但也存在占空比丢失、滞后桥臂软开关不易实现、整流侧存在尖峰电压等问题。为了弥补占空比的丢失,对移相全桥的原理及工作模态进行深入分析,提出使用饱和电感的方法来解决此拓扑结构存在的占空比丢失问题,最后利用MATLAB/simulink仿真软件对PSFB-ZVS拓扑进行仿真,结合合理的参数,验证了理论分析的正确性和有效性。Phase shift full bridge ZVS soft switch conversion circuit has the advantages of simple control,high reliability and high efficiency,but it also has some problems,such as duty cycle loss,hard to realize the lag arm soft switch,and peak voltage at the rectifier side.In order to make up for the loss of duty cycle,the principle and working mode of phase-shifted full bridge are deeply analyzed,and the method of saturated inductance is proposed to solve the problem of duty cycle loss in the topology structure.Fi‐nally,MATLAB/Simulink simulation software is used to simulate the PSFB-ZVS topology,combined with reasonable parameters,the correctness and validity of the theoretical analysis are verified.
