基于“法象理论”探析二至丸补肾阴功效

摘　　要：二至丸,主治肝肾阴虚之证,临床应用十分广泛,是古今滋补肾阴之经典名方,备受医家推崇。文章结合历代中医药著作相关条文,基于“法象理论”的角度认识二至丸,阐述二至丸补肾阴功效,宏观地反映其独特的性能和功效;同时,结合现代药理研究,微观反映其药效作用基础,以期辅助中医临床。Erzhi Pills are used to treat liver and kidney yin deficiency and have a wide range of clinical applications.It is a classic prescription for nourishing kidney yin in ancient and modern times and is highly respected by doctors.Combining the relevant provisions of traditional Chinese medicine works in the past,from the perspective of“Analogical pharmacology”,to understand Erzhi Pills,explain the effect of Erzhi Pills to invigorate kidney yin,and reflect its unique performance and efficacy in a macroscopic view,At the same time,combined with modern pharmacological research,microscopically reflect the basis of its medicinal effect.In order to assist the clinical practice of Chinese medicine.
