摘　　要：目的探讨长链非编码RNA H19(lncRNA H19)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)在卵巢癌中的表达,并分析其与卵巢超声血流参数的相关性。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月西安高新医院收治的卵巢癌患者116例作为卵巢癌组,另选取同期100例卵巢良性肿瘤患者作为良性组,100例健康体检女性作为对照组。检测3组研究对象的lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF水平,并测定其卵巢超声血流参数[收缩期峰值血流速度(PSV)、舒张末期血流速度(EDV)、血管搏动指数(PI)、阻力指数(RI)]。采用受试者工作特征曲线分析lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF对卵巢癌的诊断价值,采用Pearson相关分析卵巢癌患者lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF水平与卵巢超声血流参数的相关性。结果卵巢癌组lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF水平明显高于良性组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF联合检测诊断卵巢癌的灵敏度和特异度分别为88.3%和85.9%,曲线下面积为0.902,高于各项指标单独检测。卵巢癌组PSV、EDV明显高于良性组、对照组,PI、RI明显低于良性组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性组PSV、EDV明显高于对照组,PI、RI明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。卵巢癌患者lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF水平与PSV、EDV均呈正相关(P<0.05),与PI、RI均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论lncRNA H19、VEGF、TSGF水平在卵巢癌患者中明显升高,且其水平与卵巢超声血流参数密切相关,3项指标联合检测有助于卵巢癌患者的早期诊断及病情评估,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the expressions of long non-coding RNA H19(lncRNA H19),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and tumor-specific growth factor(TSGF)in ovarian cancer,and to analyze their correlation with ovarian ultrasound blood flow parameters.Methods A total of 116 ovarian cancer patients admitted to Xi′an High-tech Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the ovarian cancer group,in the same period,another 100 patients with benign ovarian tumors were selected as the benign group,and 100 healthy women underwent physical examination were selected as the control group.The levels of lncRNA H19,VEGF and TSGF in the three groups were detected.The ovarian ultrasound blood flow parameters[peak systolic blood flow velocity(PSV),end-diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV),vascular pulsatility index(PI),resistance index(RI)]were measured.The receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the diagnostic value of lncRNA H19,VEGF and TSGF for ovarian cancer.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the correlation between the levels of lncRNA H19,VEGF,TSGF and ovarian ultrasound blood flow parameters of ovarian cancer patients.Results The levels of lncRNA H19,VEGF and TSGF in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign group and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The sensitivity and specificity of combined detection of lncRNA H19,VEGF and TSGF in the diagnosis of ovarian cancer were 88.3%and 85.9%respectively,and the area under the curve was 0.902,which was higher than that of each index alone.The PSV and EDV in the ovarian cancer group were significantly higher than those in the benign group and the control group,while the PI and RI were significantly lower than those in the benign group and the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The PSV and EDV in the benign group were significantly higher than those in the control group,while the PI and RI in the benign group were significa
