摘 要:目的探索整合医学模式在口腔颞下颌关节解剖与临床教学中的效果。方法选择2020年9月—2021年8月《口腔解剖学》《口腔颌面外科学》《口腔颌面放射影像学》的颞下颌关节相关章节作为本研究的目标课程,另选取就读于广州医科大学口腔医学院2019级、2020级62名本科生作为研究对象,以年级进行分组,2019级为对照组(31名),2020级为对照组(31名)。研究组采取整合医学模式教学,对照组采取传统模式教学,教学及最终考核共持续两个学期。比较两种教学模式下,受试学生对教学的满意度及课程考核成绩。结果研究组学生对教学的满意度及考核成绩均显著优于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在口腔颞下颌关节的基础及临床教学中,将不同科目中的颞下颌关节的理论知识与临床诊疗进行整合,有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,增强医学生综合应用知识能力,从而进一步提高学生对课程知识的掌握程度。Objective To explore the effect of integrative medicine model in oral temporomandibular joint anatomy and clinical teaching.Methods From September 2020 to August 2021,the related chapters of TMJ in"Oral Anatomy""Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery"and"Oral and Maxillofacial Radiography"were selected as the target courses of this study.In addition,62 undergraduate students enrolled in the School of Stomatology of Guangzhou Medical University in 2019 and 2020 were selected as the research objects,and were grouped by grade.The class of 2019 was the control group(31 students),and the class of 2020 was the reseach group(31 students).In the research group,the teaching in the integrated medical mode was adopted,and the teaching in the control group was in the traditional mode and the teaching and final assessment would last for two semesters.Comparing the two teaching modes,the students'satisfaction with the teaching and course assessment scores were compared.Results The students'satisfaction with teaching and assessment scores in the research group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the basic and clinical teaching of oral temporomandibular joint,integrating the theoretical knowledge of temporomandibular joint in different subjects with clinical diagnosis and treatment is helpful to improve students'interest in learning and enhance the comprehensive application of knowledge of medical students.This will further improve students'mastery of course knowledge.
