摘　　要：从医学发展角度来说,对病案信息进行科学合理的利用,也可以为临床科学研究提供非常丰富的参考依据。但如何在实际中对备案信息的利用价值进行开发,使其为相关工作提供基础科学的支持,是目前正在讨论的话题。病案信息集中了医院、医疗、教学、科研等方面的重要信息,同时也服务于多个部门的工作,在现代化技术不断发展,科学技术水平快速发展的现代社会,信息技术已经被广泛用于各个行业中,病案信息管理也得益于这种信息技术。随着病案信息资源库的建立与完善,病案信息的规范性和科学性也得到了明显提升。本文就其作用价值展开全面分析。From the perspective of medical development,scientific and rational use of medical record information can also provide a very rich reference for clinical scientific research.However,how to develop the utilization value of the filing information in practice so that it can provide basic scientific support for related work is a topic currently under discussion.Medical record information concentrates important information in hospitals,medical care,teaching,scientific research,etc.,and also serves the work of multiple departments.In the modern society with the continuous development of modern technology and the rapid development of scientific and technological level,information technology has been widely used in various industries,and the management of medical record information also benefits from this information technology.With the establishment and improvement of the medical record information resource base,the standardization and scientific nature of medical record information have also been significantly improved.Now,this paper start a comprehensive analysis of its role value.
