摘  要:目的探讨医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验教学中融入课程思政内容的教学效果。方法以本人授课的2018级49名学生和2019级医学影像学专业学生50名为研究对象,2018级授课时间为2020年9—12月,2019级授课时间为2021年9—12月。2018级采用传统讲授式教导模式,2019级采用课程思政与传统讲授式相结合的教学模式(lecture based learning,LBL)以考试成绩和调查问卷检测学习效果。结果比较2019级与2018级医学影像学专业学生实验成绩,无论是最高分还是平均分,2019级学生的成绩均高于2018级,2019级标准差小于2018级。问卷调查结果显示:95.1%的同学对医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验内容融入的课程思政素材非常满意或比较满意。结论在医学微生物学与医学免疫学实验教学过程中融入课程思政不仅有助于学生掌握专业知识与技能,还有助于完成立德树人的教育任务。Objective To explore the teaching effect of integrating ideological and political content in the experimental teaching of Medical Microbiology and Medical Immunology.Methods 49 students of 2018 grade and 50 medical imaging students of 2019 grade taught by myself were the research objects.The teaching time of 2018 grade was from September to December 2020,and the teaching time of 2019 grade was from September to December 2021.The 2018 class adopts the traditional teaching mode,and the 2019 class adopts the teaching mode combining ideological and political courses with traditional lectures(lecture based learning,LBL).Test scores and questionnaires were used to test the learning effect.Results Comparing the experimental scores of students majoring in medical imaging in the 2019 and 2018 classes,whether it was the highest score or the average score,the scores of the 2019 class students were higher than those of the 2018 class,and the standard deviation of the 2019 class was smaller than that of the 2018 class.The results of the questionnaire survey showed that 95.1%of the students were very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the course ideological and political materials integrated into the experimental content of Medical Microbiology and Medical Immunology.Conclusion The curriculum ideology and politics integrated in the experimental teaching of Medical Microbiology and Medical Immunology not only help students to master professional knowledge and skills,but also help to complete the educational task of morality and education.
