摘 要:血液学实验检查是实验诊断学的基础,但血液学检查在教学过程中学生们常反映课程内容分散、枯燥且容易混淆,纯记忆知识点较多,学习过后难以留下深刻印象等问题,学习效果有较大提升空间。加之受环境因素影响,大课集中教学、临床见习常面临挑战,在保证教学质量的前提下,灵活地运用传统教学与创新形式的多案例以问题为导向的教学方法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合的教学模式,将临床实例延展至课堂,兼顾课堂呈现方式的灵活性与线上及线下教学活动开展的兼容性,提高学生学习的主动性、参与性和教学效果。本文探讨该模式下血液实验诊断教学的合理性、可实施性,以期更好地完成实验诊断学课程教学目标,为促进临床医学教学改革提供有益的尝试。Hematological laboratory examination is the basis of laboratory diagnostics.However,during the teaching process of hematology examination,students often reported that the content of the course was scattered,boring and easy to be confused,there were many pure memorized knowledge points,and it was difficult to leave a deep impression after learning,and the learning effect had great room for improvement.In addition,affected by environmental factors,centralized teaching and clinical practice in large classes often face challenges.On the premise of ensuring the quality of teaching,the teaching mode combining traditional teaching and innovative multi-case problem-based learning method(PBL)is flexibly used,extending clinical examples to the classroom,taking into account the way of classroom presentation flexibility and compatibility with online and offline teaching activities,improving students'learning initiative,participation and teaching effect.The rationality and practicability of blood laboratory diagnosis teaching in this mode were discussed in this paper,in order to better complete the teaching objectives of laboratory diagnosis course and provide a useful attempt to promote the reform of clinical medicine teaching.
