数字心电图机在医院使用中的安全隐患及管理效果分析

摘　　要：目的对数字心电图机应用安全隐患进行总结,讨论管理要点和管理效果。方法选择烟台市烟台山医院在2020年8月—2021年8月应用的92台数字心电图机,依照随机数表法分成对照组和研究组,每组46台。对照组行常规管理,研究组在分析安全隐患的基础上行针对性管理,对比两组数字心电图机不安全事件发生率。结果研究组数字心电图机不安全事件发生率为10.87%,显著低于对照组的28.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论导致数字心电图机安全隐患的因素相对广泛,可能和设备自身性能、日常清洁管理、检修等方面相关,应针对性开展对数字心电图机的管理,最大程度减少不安全事件,保证患者使用安全性。Objective To summarize the hidden dangers of the application of digital electrocardiograph,and discuss the management points and management effects.Methods A total of 92 digital electrocardiographs used in Yantaishan Hospital of Yantai City from August 2020 to August 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method,with 46 machines in each group.The control group was given routine management,while the research group was given targeted management based on the analysis of potential safety hazards.The incidence of unsafe incidents of digital electrocardiograph was compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of unsafe events of digital ECG machine in the research group was 10.87%,which was significantly lower than 28.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The factors that lead to the hidden danger of digital electrocardiograph are relatively extensive,which may be related to the performance of the equipment itself,daily cleaning management,maintenance and other aspects.The management of digital electrocardiograph should be carried out in a targeted manner to minimize unsafe events and ensure the safety of patients.
