摘 要:在南京和燕路过江通道的隧道掘进中,Φ15 m级超大直径泥水盾构在高水压和薄覆土地层下进行工作,衬砌管片线型控制难度极大。为保证隧道衬砌管片线型满足设计要求,从盾构掘进方向、盾构姿态、管片选型、同步注浆和上浮控制等方面,分析衬砌管片线型控制技术,并提出对应的解决措施。工程应用结果表明:环内、端面、环间最大错台量分别为4.1 mm、1.4 m m、4.4 m m,满足现有规范的控制要求,证明所提出的管片线型控制技术的可靠性。In the tunnel boring of the river crossing pathway of Hey an Road in Nanjing,a slurry shield with a super large diameter ofΦ15 m works under high water pressure and shallow overburden layer,which makes it extremely difficult to control the line of the lining segments.In order to ensure that the line of the tunnel lining segments meets the design requirements,the linear control technology for the lining segments is analyzed in terms of shield boring direction,shield attitude,segment selection,synchronous grouting and uplift control,and corresponding solutions are proposed.The engineering application results show that the maximum misalignments in the ring,at the end face and between the rings are 4.1 mm,1.4 mm and 4.4 mm respectively,which meet the control requirements of the existing specifications and prove the reliability of the proposed linear control technology for the segments.
