摘　　要：患者男,70岁,阴茎增生物半年余。患者半年多前无明显诱因出现阴茎新生物,无明显疼痛、瘙痒等不适,自行外用抗生素药膏后无明显好转;曾因尿道梗阻行包皮环切术,否认冶游史。皮肤科情况:冠状沟左侧可见一增生物,表面凹凸不平,有湿润感,但无明显分泌物,触痛(-),双侧腹股沟淋巴结未触及。病理诊断为冠状沟皮肤梭形细胞鳞状细胞癌(HPV不相关型)。A 70-year-old male presented with penile hyperplasia for more than half a year.More than half a year ago,there was no obvious inducement of penile neoplasm with no obvious pain,itching and other discomfort,and the lesion no improvement after external use of antibiotic ointment.Circumcision was performed for urethral obstruction,and he denying the history of sexually transmitted diseases.Dermatological examination showed an hyperplasia on the left side of the coronary sulcus,with a rugged surface and a sense of wetness,with no obvious secretions and tenderness.Bilateral inguinal lymph nodes were normal.The diagnosis of cutaneous spindle cell squamous cell carcinoma(HPV unrelated type)was made.
