摘　　要：目的探讨5S管理模式在急救物品管理中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1—12月曹县人民医院25名人员作为研究组,2020年1—12月本科室25名人员作为对照组。对照组采取常规急救物品管理,研究组开展5S管理模式进行急救物品管理。比较两组管理期间的急救物品管理效果,急救物品的取用、检查与整理耗时,以及人员对于急救物品管理工作的满意度。结果研究组急救物品放置整齐且无缺失、无质量问题且标签清晰、处于功能状态、无过期物品、物品预警与封存、人员知晓管理制度内容的评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组随机抽查的急救物品取用、检查与整理耗时均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对于急救物品管理工作的总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用5S管理模式实施急救物品管理效果满意,能够有效提高工作效率与满意度,为患者急救工作提供全面保障。Objective To explore the application effect of 5S management mode in the management of first aid items.Methods 25 personnel from the undergraduate department of Caoxian People's Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected as the study group.From January to December 2020,25 personnel from the undergraduate room served as the control group.The routine first-aid items management was adopted in the control group,and the 5S management mode was adopted to manage the first-aid items in the study group.A comparison was made on the management effects of first aid items during the management period,the time-consuming for first aid items to be taken,inspected and arranged,and the staff's satisfaction with the management of first aid items of the two groups.Results The scores of first-aid items that were neatly placed,no missing,no quality problems,clearly labeled,no expired items,early warning and storage,and personnel awareness of the management system in the study group were all higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time taken for first aid items to be taken,checked and sorted out randomly in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of comparison of the overall satisfaction with the management of first aid items in the study group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 5S management mode is used to implement the management of first aid items,which can effectively improve work efficiency and satisfaction,and provide a comprehensive guarantee for patients'first aid work.
