摘 要:目的探究新生儿科病房应用护士分层管理的可行性。方法随机将2019年3月—2020年3月淄博市妇幼保健院18名新生儿科病房护理人员作为对照组(实施常规管理),2020年4月—2021年4月采用护士分层管理的18名新生儿科病房护理人员作为观察组。对比两组护理质量评分、患儿家属满意度。结果观察组护理质量评分(97.12±2.11)分,比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家属总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论合理运用护士分层管理能够使新生儿病房护理质量得以提高,优化患儿家属的护理满意度。Objective To explore the feasibility of applying nurse stratified management in neonatal ward.Methods 18 nurses in the neonatal ward of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were randomly selected as the control group(with routine management).From April 2020 to April 2021,18 nurses in the neonatal ward who were managed by nurses were selected as the observation group.The nursing quality scores and the satisfaction of children's family members were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score of the observation group was(97.12±2.11)points,which was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the families of children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rational use of stratified management of nurses can improve the quality of nursing in neonatal wards and optimize the nursing satisfaction of children's family members.
