摘 要:为探究酵母维生素混合物在土池大规模培育褶皱臂尾轮虫(Brachionus plicatilis)的效果,采用2口池塘PA塘和PB塘,其中PA塘使用维生素酵母混合物追肥1次,PB塘使用鸡粪追肥1次,2口池塘均以发酵处理的鸡粪为基肥,并人工接种小球藻。2口池塘均设置3个站点,检测池塘培育期内(1~10 d)浮游植物、轮虫密度和水质指标的变化。结果表明,施肥后(3~10 d)PA塘出现的浮游植物种类较PB塘少,PA塘的轮虫种群密度与携卵率显著高于PB塘(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,PA塘轮虫密度与pH值、铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)和叶绿素a显著相关(P<0.05),PB塘轮虫密度与溶解氧和总磷显著相关(P<0.05)。指出,相比于使用鸡粪追肥的土池轮虫培育方式,使用酵母维生素混合物追肥的方法能够提高轮虫产量,维持更好的培育池水环境,且能够减少鸡粪的投入,缓解养殖尾水带来的污染。To investigate the effect of the yeast-vitamin mixture on the large-scale cultivation of Brachionus plicatilis in earthen ponds,two natural earthen ponds in Sheyang County,Jiangsu Province,were fertilized with two different fertilizers,and the change of phytoplankton,rotifer density,and physicochemical factors were examined during the cultivation period(1-10 d).Both ponds were fertilized with fermented treated chicken manure as the base fertilizer,pond A was fertilized with the vitamin-yeast mixture for chasing(PA)and pond B was fertilized with chicken manure for chasing(PB),and three stations were set up for sampling and analysis in both PA and PB.The results showed that fewer phytoplankton species appeared in PA than in PB after fertilization(3-10 d),and the rotifer population density and egg carrying rate were significantly higher in PA than in PB(P<0.05).Principal component analysis of the water environmental factors during cultivation in PA and PB revealed that dissolved oxygen,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and conductivity had a higher correlation with the main components of the water environment in PA;NH_(4)^(+)-N,dissolved oxygen,and salinity had a higher correlation with the main components of the water environment in PB.Correlation analysis showed that rotifer density in PA was significantly correlated with pH,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and chlorophyll-α(P<0.05),and rotifer density in PB was significantly correlated with dissolved oxygen and total phosphorus(P<0.05).In conclusion,compared with the earthen pond rotifer cultivation method using chicken manure chasing,the method of using yeast vitamin mixture chasing could improve rotifer production,maintained a better cultivation pond water environment,and could reduce the input of chicken manure,and alleviate the pollution caused by the cultivation tailwater.
