付氏升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨付氏升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月收治的60例恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症患者,依照随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,各30例。对照组给予利可君联合鲨肝醇治疗,治疗组给予付氏升白方治疗。观察两组白细胞计数(WBC)、中性粒细胞计数(NE)、免疫功能提升情况(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+))、白细胞提升效果、中医证候疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组WBC、NE以及CD4^(+)水平均上升,CD8^(+)水平下降,且治疗组效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,治疗组白细胞提升总有效率更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后中医证候积分均较治疗前降低,且治疗组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:付氏升白方治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后白细胞减少症疗效明显,可显著提升白细胞及机体免疫功能,改善临床症状,不良反应发生率低。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Fu's Shengbai Decoction in the treatment of leukopenia after chemotherapy in malignant tumors.Methods:From January 2021 to January 2022,60 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Likejun combined with shark liver alcohol,and the treatment group was treated with Fu's Shengbai formula.White blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NE),immune function improvement(CD4^(+),CD8^(+)),white blood cell improvement effect,TCM syndrome curative effect and adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Results:After treatment,WBC,NE and CD4^(+)levels increased and CD8^(+)levels decreased in both groups,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of leukocyte enhancement in the treatment group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fu’s Shengbai formula has obvious curative effect on leukopenia after chemotherapy of malignant tumors,which can significantly improve leukocyte,immune function of the body and clinical symptoms,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
