摘　　要：国际结算是国际贸易中的关键环节,信用证作为广泛使用的国际结算方式,风险防范对外贸企业至关重要。外贸实务操作环环相扣,不能脱离整个贸易流程来看信用证风险。应从信用证的三个特点出发,结合具体的贸易实务及案例,分析信用证操作的风险,并有针对性地提出风险防范具体的措施,为外贸企业在结算和贸易实务中的风险防范提供有效借鉴。International settlement is a key link in international trade.As a widely used international settlement method,letter of credit is very important for foreign trade enterprises to prevent risks.Foreign trade practices are closely linked,and the risk of letters of credit cannot be viewed separately from the entire trade process.Starting from the three characteristics of the letter of credit,combined with specific trade practices and cases,analyze the risks of the letter of credit operation,and put forward specific measures for risk prevention,so as to provide effective risk prevention for foreign trade enterprises in settlement and trade practices.Learn from.
