摘 要:木材在自然环境中受温湿度变化、腐朽菌、白蚁及紫外线等影响,易出现木材漆膜开裂、脱落和褪色、木材腐朽和虫蛀等现象,严重影响木制品的使用寿命。将纳米ZnO引入木材改性领域,对改善木制品和木结构建筑的使用性能具有重要意义。介绍了纳米ZnO在木材表面的制备工艺和研究现状,分析了目前研究的不足和未来的发展方向,总结了纳米ZnO对木材抑菌性、耐紫外性、疏水性、抗白蚁、尺寸稳定性和其他方面性能的影响。最后提出了纳米ZnO在木材改性领域的发展趋势。Wood is affected by changed temperature and humidity,decayed bacterium,termite and ultraviolet ray in natural environment,which give rise to the cracking of wood paint film,fall off and discoloration wood decay,and moth-eaten.This seriously affects the service life of wood products.The nano-ZnO used in the field of wood modification is of great significance to the application range and product properties of wood products and wood structure buildings.In this paper,the main preparation and loading technology of nano-ZnO on wood surface were introduced,and the shortcomings of current research and future development direction were analyzed.The effects of nano-ZnO on wood antibacterial properties,UV resistance,hydrophobicity,termite resistance,dimensional stability,and other properties were summarized.Finally,the development trend of nano-ZnO in wood modification was put forward.
