摘 要:围填海活动是人类拓展生存空间、缓解“人地矛盾”的一种有效手段。然而长时间大规模的围填海活动对海洋生态环境和海洋资源造成了极大的影响。2018年以来,我国颁布多部文件,多措并举,加强围填海管控和海洋生态保护修复。本文从生境修复和生物资源恢复两个角度对围填海区域生态修复技术进行梳理和总结。其中,生境修复技术内容要点包括水文动力恢复、岸线修复和滨海湿地修复,生物资源恢复技术内容要点包含增殖放流、建立海洋牧场。本文对每一项技术要点进行了较为系统阐释,以期建立围填海区域生态修复技术体系,为围填海区域生态修复的实际工作提供参考和借鉴。Reclamation activities are effective means to expand the living space and alleviate the contradiction between man and land.However,long-term and large-scale reclamation activities have caused a great impact on the marine ecological environment and marine re-sources.Since 2018,China has issued a number of documents and taken multiple measures to strengthen the management of sea reclama-tion,in order to protect and restore the marine ecology.This paper summarizes ecological restoration techniques in reclamation areas from perspectives of the habitat restoration and the biological restoration.In terms of technical content,habitat restoration includes hydrological restoration technology,shoreline restoration technology and coastal restoration technology.Biological restoration includes enhancement and release of organisms,and establishment of marine pasture.Each technology has been interpreted by systematically,in order to establish an ecological restoration technology system of the reclamation area,and provide the reference for the actual work.
