枣仁安神胶囊对抑郁症患者睡眠质量、生活质量及神经细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察枣仁安神胶囊对抑郁症患者睡眠质量、生活质量及神经细胞因子的影响。方法:选取80例抑郁症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组予以盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以枣仁安神胶囊治疗,2组均治疗3周。观察2组治疗前后睡眠质量、生活质量及神经细胞因子的变化,比较2组不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,2组睡眠时间均较治疗前延长,入睡时间均较治疗前缩短,多梦、夜间觉醒、主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组睡眠时间长于对照组,入睡时间短于对照组,多梦、夜间觉醒、主观睡眠质量、日间功能障碍评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活评分均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),观察组社会功能、心理功能、躯体功能、物质生活评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)、神经生长因子(NGF)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),S100B、髓磷脂碱性蛋白(MBP)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);观察组BDNF、NGF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),S100B、MBP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率32.50%,低于对照组55.00%(P<0.05)。结论:枣仁安神胶囊能改善抑郁症患者的睡眠质量和生活质量,有效调节神经细胞因子,降低不良反应发生率。Objective:To observe the effect of Zaoren Anshen capsules on sleep quality,quality of life and neurocytokines of patients with depression. Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients with depression were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Zaoren Anshen capsules based on the treatment of the control group. Both groups were treated for three weeks. Changes in sleep quality,quality of life and neurocytokines before and after treatment in the two groups were observed. The incidence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the sleep time in the two groups were prolonged when compared with those before treatment,the time of falling asleep were shortened,and scores of dreaminess, nocturnal awakening, subjective sleep quality and daytime dysfunction were decreased,differences being significant(P<0.05);the sleep time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,the time of falling asleep was shorter,and scores of dreaminess,nocturnal awakening,subjective sleep quality and daytime dysfunction were lower,differences being significant(P<0.05). After treatment,scores of social function,psychological function,physical function and material life in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above four scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment,levels of brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF) and nerve growth factor(NGF) in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and levels of S100B and myelin basic protein(MBP) were decreased(P<0.05);levels of BDNF and NGF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05), and levels of S100B and MBP were lower(P<0.05).
