学术场域的精英主义迷思与学术生态系统的优化

摘　　要：在遵循精英主义逻辑与制度规范下,学术系统出现了一系列的冲突与悖论,学术论文数量繁荣与学术思想贫瘠之间的矛盾、科学语言与日常语言在学术研究中的应用与取舍,以及专家权威的式微与公共社会的问责,都反映出了精英主义逻辑下学术系统潜在的问题。现代学术系统在价值层面和制度层面向多元主义转变,研究生招生规模的扩大,学术筛选与分流制度、高校人事制度的改革都在促进学术系统多元主义格局的形成。而生态的学术系统需要学术精英阶层与其他学术阶层的共同推动,并形成多元化的学术话语呈现方式,促进学术与政治和市场之间的合作,并建立多元化的学术评价制度,在社会层面形成正确的教育舆论导向,进而形成生态化的学术系统格局。Following the elitist logic and institutional norms,the academic system presents a series of conflicts and paradoxes.The potential problems of the academic system under the elitist logic are reflected in the contradiction between the prosperity of the number of academic papers and the poverty of academic ideas,the application and trade-offs of scientific language and daily language in academic research,the decline of expert authority and the accountability of public society.The transformation of modern academic system towards pluralism at the value and institutional levels,the expansion of graduate enrollment scale,the reform of academic screening and diversion system and university personnel system are all promoting the formation of pluralism pattern of academic system.The ecological academic system needs the joint promotion of academic elite and other academic strata,and form a diversified presentation of academic discourse,promotes the cooperation between academia,politics and the market,establishs a diversified academic evaluation system,forms a correct guidance of educational public opinion at the social level,and then forms an ecological academic system pattern.
