摘　　要：目的:考察新冠疫情期间高职高专学生的自杀意念与压力性生活事件、反刍思维和抑郁的关系。方法:使用青少年生活事件量表、反刍思维量表、流调用抑郁自评量表和自杀意念量表对贵州省毕节市的1690名高职高专学生进行调查。结果:①新冠疫情期间高职高专学生抑郁症状和自杀意念的检出率分别为57.08%、15.87%;②压力性生活事件、反刍思维、抑郁和自杀意念两两之间呈显著正相关(r=0.42~0.75,P<0.001);③压力性生活事件对反刍思维、抑郁和自杀意念有显著的正向预测作用(B=0.11~0.46,P<0.001),反刍思维对抑郁和自杀意念有显著的正向预测作用(B=0.14~0.49,P<0.001),抑郁对自杀意念有显著的正向预测作用(B=0.62,P<0.001);④反刍思维和抑郁在高职高专学生压力性生活事件和自杀意念之间起链式中介作用。结论:新冠疫情期间高职高专学生抑郁症状的检出率较高,压力性生活事件可以通过反刍思维和抑郁影响高职高专学生的自杀意念。Objective:To investigate the relationship between suicidal ideation and life events、rumination and depression in Higher vocational college students during COVID-19.Methods:A total of 1690 students of higher vocational college students in Bijie City,Guizhou province were investigated by using the adolescent life event scale,rumination responses scale,Center for Epidemiological Survey,Depression Scale and Self-rating Idea of Suicide Scale.Results:①The prevalence of depression symptoms and suicide ideation among higher vocational college students were 57.08% and 15.87% respectively during the COVID-19 epidemic;②There were significantly positive correlation between stressful life events,rumination,depression and suicide ideation(r=0.42~0.75,P<0.001);③The positive predictive effect of stressful life events on rumination,depression and suicidal ideation were statistically significant(B=0.11~0.46,P<0.001),rumination on depression and suicidal ideation were statistically significant(B=0.14~0.49,P<0.001),and depression on suicidal ideation was statistically significant(B=0.62,P<0.001);④Rumination and depression played a chain intermediary role between life events and suicide ideation of higher vocational college students.Conclusion:The detection rate of depressive symptoms is high in vocational college students during COVID-19,and life events can affect the suicidal ideation of vocational college students through rumination and depression..
