长三角民办高等职业院校发展现状、机遇与策略

摘　　要：改革开放40多年以来,长三角民办高等职业院校经过了作为公办院校“有益补充”到与公办院校“共同发展”的演进过程。在国家长江三角洲区域一体化发展战略推动下,民办高等职业院校要克服发展现状的不足,抢抓政策机遇,紧跟长三角一体化发展的经济要求,在分类选择中,明确办学定位;在科学治理中,提升办学质量;在错位竞争中,形成办学特色,为区域经济发展培养高素质技术技能人才。Since China′s reform and opening up,private higher vocational colleges in the Yangtze River Delta region have gone through an evolutionary process from"beneficial supplement"to"mutualdevelopment"with public colleges.Driven by the national strategy of regional integration development of the Yangtze River Delta,private higher vocational colleges should overcome the deficiencies of the current development,seize policy opportunities,and closely follow the economic requirements of the Yangtze River Delta integration development,clarify the orientation of school-running in the classified selection;improve the quality of school-running by scientific management;and form the characteristics of school-running by differentiated competition to cultivate high-quality technical talents for regional economic development.
