摘　　要：孤独症谱系障碍(autism spectrum disorders,ASD)儿童睡眠障碍发生率高于普通儿童,而睡眠障碍会严重影响儿童的认知能力及亲子关系、家庭关系的发展,并增加其情绪行为问题。本研究介绍了ASD儿童睡眠障碍的特点,阐述了ASD儿童睡眠障碍的评估方式,并总结了监测与干预的方法,以期为改善ASD儿童睡眠障碍状况提供参考与借鉴。The incidence of sleep disorders in children with autism Spectrum disorders(ASD)is higher than that of ordinary children.Sleep disorders will affect children’s cognitive ability,and development of parent-child and family relationship,and lead to the increase of emotional behavior problems.This article describes the characteristics of sleep disorders in children with ASD,elaborates its evaluation methods,and summarizes its monitoring and intervention so as to provide reference for improving sleep disorders in children with ASD.
