摘 要:为适应应用型人才培养需求,应用型高校积极开展产教融合,鼓励教师将理论与产业实践融会贯通,促进教师应用型能力发展。但是由于高校开展产教融合处于初级阶段,还存在着产教融合不深入、保障机制不健全、评价体系不适应等阻碍产教融合深入发展的问题。为发挥产教融合的积极作用,高校要整合“政-企-校”优势资源,积极搭建协同“研究-培养”平台,完善“激励-评价”机制,从多维度构建有利于应用型高校教师成长的环境,促进应用型教师发展。To meet the needs of cultivating applied talents,applied colleges and universities actively carry out the integration of production and education,encourage teachers to integrate theories with industry practice,and promote the development of the applied ability of the teachers.However,the integration of production and education is still at the initial stage,and there are still some problems that hinder the further development of the integration of production and education,such as the lack of deep integration,the inadequacy of the guarantee mechanism,and the inadaptability of the evaluation system.To solve these problems,colleges and universities should integrate the advantages of “governmententerprise-university”,actively set up a collaborative “research-cultivation” platform,perfect the “incentive-evaluation” mechanism,and construct a multi-dimensional environment conducive to the growth of applied college teachers.
