城市遗址保护与利用的多元价值实现路径——以西安城区为例

摘　　要：遗址保护对于当代城市空间与经济社会发展具有重要影响,二者矛盾也十分突出。阐述遗址多元价值内涵,建立多元价值分析框架,采用多案例综合分析方法,从城市发展的宏观层面研究20世纪90年代以来西安城区遗址保护与利用的不同模式,探讨遗址的保护利用如何与城市规划建设相结合,在环境、经济、社会和文化等多个维度实现其多元价值。总结多元价值理念对于当代城市遗址保护的意义,并对遗址多元价值更好地融入城市发展和规划提出建议。Heritage site conservation has a significant influence on contemporary urban space and socialeconomic development.The rapid urbanization process also causes the contradiction between heritage site conservation and urban construction.Based on the multi-value concept of the heritage site,this paper adopted macro perspective and multi-case comprehensive analysis method to investigate the different patterns of conservation and utilization of heritage sites in Xi’an city since the 1990 s.Through the research of environmental,economic,social and cultural impact on urban development,the paper discussed how heritage site conservation and utilization combine with urban construction and how to better integrate its multi-value into the urban development plan.
