基于实测运行速度的城市快速路限速方案研究

摘　　要：针对运营中的城市快速路,通过实测数据、运行速度分析和道路设施符合性进行评价,提出适用于城市快速路限制速度提升的论证方法。以上海市南北高架路(济阳路高架段)为实例开展研究,提出针对现状道路的提速方案,以及提高道路设施韧性的相关建议,供参考。For the urban expressways in operation,the demonstration method applicable to the limited speed increase of urban expressways is proposed through the evaluation of measured data,operation speed analysis&road facilities compliance.Take Shanghai North-South Viaduct(the section of Jiyang Rd.)as an example to carry out the research,and put forward the speed raising scheme for the current road and relevant suggestions for improving the flexibility of road facilities for reference.
