摘　　要：标准实施效果评估是标准化工作的重要组成部分,福建省积极推动标准实施效果评估工作,有效促进了标准实施效益的最大化。本文以《美人茶》团体标准实施效果评估为例,通过构建评估指标体系、评估模型、指标权重、评估数据和评估标准,对标准实施效果评估的方法进行实践探索,并针对评估中存在的问题进行分析与建议,以期为标准实施效果评估的方法建立和应用提供参考。The assessment of standards implementation effect is an important part of standardization work.Fujian province actively promotes the assessment of standards implementation effect assessment to effectively maximize the implementation benefit.This paper takes the assessment of "Beauty Tea" association standards implementation effect as an example,explores the assessment method of standards implementation effect through the construction of assessment index system,assessment model,index weights,assessment data and assessment criteria,and analyzes the problems in the assessment,in order to provide reference for the establishment and application of the method of standards implementation effect assessment.
