摘 要:目的 为了给医用等离子体设备提供不同微小距离下进行离体组织电离实验的平台,研制了一款基于阻抗检测的高精度升降装置。方法 设计一款微小距离控制的系统,系统包括电源模块、主控模块、阻抗检测模块、升降模块和人机交互模块等及距离控制算法。装置的主控模块根据实时检测装置上微针针尖与背极板之间的阻抗变化来控制伺服电机的运动状态,实现针尖位置的精准控制。结果 经各项功能性验证实验,该系统达到0.1 mm±7%的距离控制和实时检测50 kHz下1 kΩ~1 MΩ的阻抗变化。结论 升降装置可以根据不同的实验材料动态保持准确的微小间距,满足微小距离下电离实验需求。Objective To develope a high-precision lifting device based on impedance detection for providing a platform to conduct ionization experiments of in vitro trssue at different micro-distances in medical plasma equipment. Methods A microdistance control system was designed. The system included power module, control module, impedance measurement module,lifting module, human-computer interaction module and distance control algorithm. The main control module of device controlled motion state of servo motor according to impedance changes of microneedle tip and back plate of device on real-time,which realized precise control of tip position. Results The system achieved 0.1 mm ± 7 % distance control and real-time detection of 50 kHz AC/DC 1 kΩ-1 MΩ impedance change after various functional verification experiments. Conclusion It is demonstrated that the lifting device dynamically and accurately maintain small distance according to different experimental materials, which meets the requirements of ionization experiments at micro distance.
