摘 要:目的 启发式互助教学法在神经外科临床见习教学课程上的应用。方法 选择2021年6月—2022年3月本校2018级精神医学专业(五年制)学生100名作为研究对象,经计算机依据序号分为实验组与对照组两组,每组各50名。实验组学生采用启发式互动教学法,对照组学生采用传统教学方式,时长均为20课时。课程结束后通过理论考试成绩、临床技能考试成绩以及两组学生教学前后的独立思考能力、沟通交流能力、团队互助能力的提升情况进行比较分析。结果 实验组在理论考试成绩、临床技能考试成绩以及独立思考能力、沟通交流能力、团队互助能力的提升方面均优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 在神经外科见习教学中,相较于传统教学方法,启发式互助教学法不仅有利于学生对于理论知识的掌握和临床技能的提升,而且能提升学生的综合素质,切实提高神经外科见习教学质量,建议推广运用。Objective To explore the application of heuristic mutual aid teaching method in clinical probation teaching of neurosurgery.Methods From June 2021 to March 2022,students majoring in psychiatry(five-year)of grade 2018(n=100)were selected as subjects,and they were divided into experimental group and control group by computer according to serial number.The experimental group adopted the heuristic interactive teaching method,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching method,which lasted for 20 class hours.At the end of the course,through the theoretical test scores,clinical skills test scores,as well as the improvement of independent thinking ability,communication ability,and team mutual aid ability of students in the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in the improvement of theoretical test scores,clinical skills test scores,independent thinking ability,communication ability and teamwork ability,with statistical significance(all P<0.05).Conclusions In neurosurgery probation teaching,compared with traditional teaching methods,heuristic mutual aid teaching method could not only help students to master theoretical knowledge and improve clinical skills,but also improve students’comprehensive quality and improve the quality of neurosurgery probation teaching.It is suggested to be popularized and applied.
