摘　　要：街道设计导则作为街道设计和城市发展的导向,有助于提升人居环境品质与城市形象。文章对国内外10座大城市街道设计导则的背景、发展历程做了概要回顾,通过对10座大城市街道设计导则的构成要素、基本内容的比较分析发现,安全性、可达性、环境协调性、多功能性和城市文脉是大多数城市街道设计导则最为关注的问题;而经济性、公共健康、绿色、公众参与等并没有得到足够重视。世界各大城市通常根据地域特色、生活习俗、城市定位来编制街道设计导则,即遵循慢行交通优先原则、弹性与完整性原则、精细化管理与公众参与原则、文化体系与美学观念原则,这对我国编制街道设计导则、提升城市街道品质具有参考意义。Street design guideline helps improve the quality of living environment and urban image.This paper reviews the background and development of street design guidelines of 10 major cities.Through the comparative analysis of the constituents and basic contents of street design guidelines of 10 major cities,it is found that safety,accessibility,environmental coordination,versatility and urban context are the most concerned issues,while economy,public health,green and public participation were not paid enough attention.Based on regional characteristics,living customs and urban orientation,the street design guidelines provide four illuminations for China:slow traffic priority,flexibility and integrity,refined management and public participation,cultural system and aesthetic values.
