摘　　要：SNARE蛋白是一个普遍存在于真核细胞中的蛋白质家族,是介导突触泡融合、递质释放、胞质分裂和蛋白转运等多种细胞过程的关键蛋白。研究表明,许多SNARE蛋白在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用,总结SNARE蛋白在肿瘤发生发展中的最新研究成果,对开发新型的特异性抗癌治疗方法具有重要意义。文章主要就近年来SNARE蛋白在肿瘤发生发展中的研究进展进行综述。SNARE proteins are a family of proteins that are ubiquitous in eukaryotic cells and are key proteins that mediate various cellular processes such as synaptic vesicle fusion, transmitter release, cytokinesis and protein transport. Studies have shown that many SNARE proteins play an important role in tumorigenesis and development. Summarizing the latest research results of SNARE proteins in tumorigenesis and development is of great significance for the development of new specific anticancer therapies. This article reviews the research progress of SNARE proteins in tumorigenesis and development in recent years.
