认知-情感-社会化:档案作用于个人的层次化影响分析

摘　　要：“认知-情感-社会化”是在个人由自然人转向社会人的发展过程中,所受外界整体环境影响反作用于自身的三个递进层面。档案作为人类在社会中诸多活动的原始记录,其记载的内容真实地反映了社会人在日常工作与生活中的珍贵片段,以此可以成为他人的决策支撑信息、行动指南亦或是情感回忆依据。对个人在成长过程中的社会化蜕变与持续性发展,其都起到了其他事物不可替代的作用。由于个人社会化倾向的形成并不是一蹴而就的,档案必然对于个人在社会化转变上的“认知-情感-社会化”三个层面相继产生一定的影响。故本文具体从认知、情感、社会化三个层面开展,全过程分析档案于个人社会化过程的作用。通过对这一作用过程的分析,根据发挥作用的档案类型来审视档案资源结构的现有状态并提出今后的建设意见。"Cognition-Emotion-Socialization"refers to the three progressive levels of the individual's development process from a natural person to a social person,and the overall environmental impact of the outside world reacts to oneself.As the original record of many activities of human beings in society,the recorded content truly reflects the precious fragments of people in the daily work and life of the society,which can be used as support information for other people's decision-making,action guide,or basis for emotional recall.It has played an irreplaceable role in the social transformation and sustainable development of individuals in the process of growth.Since the formation of personal socialization tendency is not accomplished overnight,the archives will inevitably have a certain influence on the three levels of"cognition-emotion-socialization"of individuals in the transformation of socialization.Therefore,this article specifically develops from the three levels of cognition,emotion,and socialization,and analyzes the role of archives in the process of personal socialization in the whole process.Through the analysis of the process of this function,according to the type of archives that play a role,the current status of the archive resource structure is examined and suggestions for future construction are put forward.
