摘　　要：虚拟教学是现代信息技术与教学环节深度融合的时代产物,也是培养实践性、应用型人才,改变传统教学模式,提升教学水平的重要实现形式之一。以“档案陈列虚拟实验”为例,基于计划行为理论,探索学习者参与虚拟教学的影响因素,并结合体验式学习理论,分析虚拟教学对于促进档案知识学习周期的完整性、循环性和可持续性的作用。Virtual teaching is the results from deep integration of new information technology and traditional teaching.It changes the mode of traditional teaching,which also becomes one of the important realization forms to cultivate practical and applied students.Using“Archive Display Virtual Experiment”as a case-study,combing with the theory of planned behavior,this paper explored the influencing factors that affect the awareness of learners'participation in the virtual teaching.Based on the theory of experiential learning,this paper also analyzed the role of virtual teaching in promoting the integrity,circularity and sustainability of archival knowledge learning cycle.
