摘  要:对某邮轮大开口甲板板架结构进行强度分析,研究该结构的失效模式与变形控制。借助非线性有限元软件ABAQUS对该模型进行数值模拟,计算其极限承载力。通过分析数值模拟计算结果,确定模型的失效模式和易出现危险的构件,并针对危险构件做出相应的变形控制设计;同时考虑甲板的面内载荷,对大开口甲板板架结构极限承载力的影响及结构失效路径的变化进行分析。通过计算结果对比得出,面内设计载荷将使纵向极限承载力大幅下降,因此在实际分析具体结构时,需要针对具体情况进行分析和设计,同时得出对于开口甲板,增设受力端甲板的板厚和增设纵桁是较好的提升极限承载力的变形控制设计,两种方法都大幅提升了结构的极限承载力,为相同类型的开口结构的变形控制设计提供了一定参考。In order to study the failure mode and deformation control design of a large opening deck truss structure of a cruise ship,the strength analysis of the structure is carried out.By using the non-linear finite element software ABAQUS,the model is numerically simulated to calculate its ultimate capacity.By analyzing the numerical simulation results,the failure mode of the model and dangerous components are determined,and the corresponding deformation control design is made for the dangerous components.At the same time,considering the in-plane load of the deck,the influence on the ultimate capacity of the large opening deck frame structure and the change of the structural failure path are calculated.Through comparing calculation results,the in-plane load of the deck greatly reduces the longitudinal ultimate load,so in the actual analysis of specific structures,it is necessary to analyze and design according to the specific situation,and it is concluded that for open deck,adding the thickness of the front deck of open deck and adding girders are better deformation control designs to improve the ultimate load.Both methods could greatly increase the ultimate load of the structure and provide some references for the deformation control design of the same type of open structure.
