陈氏太极枪的技术框架探析

摘　　要：枪,是中华武术器械的一种代表性长器械,自古就有“枪为百兵之王”之说。陈氏太极枪是武术一个流派——陈氏太极拳体系的重要组成部分,由陈氏太极枪和陈氏太极十三杆两个套路部分及对练粘枪和散枪组成。本文从陈氏太极枪法技术框架入手,进行探讨和分析。Spear is a typical long weapon in Chinese wushu equipment and as the old saying goes:the spear is the king of the weapons.Chen-style taiji(tai chi chuan,a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing)spear is a school in wushu,which is also an important part in Chen-style taijiquan system.It is divided into two parts:the taiji spear and 13 sticks with practice in pair for zhanqiang and sanqiang.This paper makes discussion and analysis based on the technical frame of chen-style taiji spear.
