摘　　要：‘云贵脆橙’是由‘香水橙’芽变选育而成的少核、低酸、脆肉型甜橙新品种。树势强,果实圆球形,果形指数0.94,果皮橙黄色,果面较光滑,平均单果质量120.5 g。果肉黄色,肉质脆嫩,化渣,风味浓,有香气,汁胞细长,汁多,可溶性固形物含量12.0%,可滴定酸含量0.41%,维生素C含量418.0 mg·L^(-1),品质优。结果早,丰产。重庆江津地区4月上旬盛花,11月中旬成熟。‘Yungui Cui Cheng’,a new few-seed sweet orange cultivar with an orange-yellow thin rind,was selected from‘Xiangshui Cheng’strain.It grows strongly.The fruit is nearly round in shape,and the fruit shape index is 0.94.After ripening,the average fruit weight is 120.5 g.The pulp is orange-yellow,fibreless and crisp,with good flavor and aroma.The juice cells are elongated,containing total soluble solids(TSS)of 12.0%,total acid of 0.41%,and vitamin C of 418.0 mg·L^(-1).Its full bloom occurs in early April,and the fruits mature in mid-November in Jiangjin,Chongqing City.
