摘  要:研究川芎的4种萃取物对蓝莓叶斑病菌(Pestalotiopsis clavispora)菌丝生长的抑制作用,观测其中抑制作用最强的萃取物对病菌菌丝形态、孢子萌发和菌丝生理特性的影响。结果表明,在4种萃取物中,川芎石油醚萃取物对蓝莓叶斑病菌菌丝生长抑制作用最强,IC_(50)为3.39 mg/mL;在IC_(50)浓度下,该萃取物可导致菌丝形态异常,对孢子萌发也有一定抑制作用。在供试浓度范围内,经川芎石油醚萃取物处理的菌丝电解质渗出率和MDA含量明显提高,可溶性蛋白含量和可溶性糖含量显著降低,随着处理浓度的增大,PPO、SOD活性均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。In this study, we investigated the antifungal effe cts of four kinds of extract from Ligusticum chuanxiong and observed their influence on mycelial morphology, spore germination, and physiological characteristics of the blueberry leaf spot pathogen, Pestalotiopsis clavispora. The results showed that among the four extracts, chuanxiong petroleum ether extract had the highest inhibitory effect on the growth of P. clavispora mycelium. At the IC_(50) of 3.39 mg/mL, applying petroleum ether extract could cause abnormal mycelium and inhibit spore germination. Treated with petroleum ether extract at the tested concentrations, the electrolyte leakage rate and MDA content of P. clavispora mycelium significantly increased, while the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar significantly decreased. With the increase in concentration, PPO and SOD activity of P. clavispora declined after a rising.
