摘  要:针对一起用户对叉车使用安全的投诉,从结构承载的角度论述了叉车主要特征参数之间的关系,并对载荷中心距和额定起重量之间的联系进行了分析和探讨。指出了制造单位在叉车的轻量化设计过程中,不应片面追求技术指标,而应依据叉车的额定起重量,严格在标准规定的范围内确定载荷中心距。According to a customer complaint about the safety of fork-lift trucks,this paper disserts the relationship between the main characteristic parameters of fork-lift trucks from the aspect of structure bearing capacity,analyses and discusses the relationship and difference between load centre distance and rated capacity.It points out that the manufacturer should not pursue the technical indicators unilaterally in the process of lightweight design of fork-lift trucks,but should determine the load center distance strictly within the standard range according to the rated capacity of fork-lift trucks.
