摘  要:采用1台基于国Ⅵ标准开发的重型柴油机,研究了不同测试循环下发动机的排放响应。通过对稳态和瞬态循环的原机排放、尾气排放、工况、排气温度的对比分析可知,美国EPA标准循环和中国工况对该国Ⅵ发动机具有相近的尾气排放评价能力;中国工况与世界统一循环工况具有相近的尾气排放评价能力;LLC循环在一定程度上可以较好地考核发动机低负荷长时间运行和高、低负荷频繁切换时的排气温度升温能力和排温保持能力,对发动机而言该工况下的尾气排放控制能力是一项严峻考验。较长的热浸时间会导致热起动循环的尾气温度降低,对后处理系统的排温保持能力和热起动减排具备一定的考核能力。The emission responses of a heavy-duty diesel engine were studied based on the China Ⅵ standard under different test cycles. According to the comparative analysis of original emission, exhaust emission, working condition and exhaust temperature under the steady-state and transient cycles, American EPA standard cycle and China standard cycle had similar assessment ability, and China cycle and the world harmonized cycle also had similar assessment ability. To a certain extent, LLC cycle could well assess the exhaust temperature rising and maintaining capacity of engine during long-term operation under low load and frequent switching between high and low load, which is a big challenge for the exhaust emission control capacity. A long time hot soak will lead to the lower exhaust temperature of hot start cycle, which is a challenge for the exhaust temperature retention capacity and hot start emission reduction of the post-treatment system.
