摘 要:为研究桥式起重机双边驱动起升机构的机电耦合动力学特性,考虑双边驱动起升机构的结构特性和载荷特点,建立了双边驱动起升机构机电耦合的垂直平面-扭转动力学模型,分析了电机及其调速控制系统与机械系统的相互影响机制,搭建了服役条件下某双边驱动起升机构的动力学参数测试平台,仿真得到了双边驱动起升机构的载荷分布,并进行了动态试验测试。研究表明,在启动、调速、制动和负载变化等运行过程,以及电机拖带、电机上电不同步、制动器闭合不同步等特殊工况,双边驱动起升机构电机输出的电磁转矩均存在明显超调和振动,给减速器、卷筒等传动结构和负载带来极大的动载。测试结果显示,测试用双边驱动起升机构的两台电机存在拖带现象,测点扭矩值及其振动规律与仿真结果存在一致性,双边驱动起升机构动力学仿真模型及结果有效性得到验证。For study the electromechanical coupling dynamic characteristics of dual path propelled lifting mechanism of bridge crane,the structural characteristics and loading characteristics are considered,a vertical plane-torsion dynamic model with the electromechanical coupling is established,and the interaction mechanism between the motor and its speed control system and the mechanical system is analyzed.A test platform for dynamic parameters of a dual path propelled lifting mechanism under service conditions is built,and the dynamic test is carried out.The research shows that in the normal operation process of start-up,speed regulation,braking and load change,as well as the special conditions of motor pulling,motor power on out-sync and brake closing out-sync,there are obvious overshooting and vibration in the electromagnetic torque output of the motor,which causes dynamic loads to the transmission cylinder,such as the reducer and drum,and load.The test results show that there is dragging phenomenon in the dual path propelled lifting mechanism,which is used in test,and the torque value and vibration law of the test points consistented with the simulation results,which means that the validity of the dual path propelled lifting mechanism model and results is verified.
