摘  要:目的:分析急性脑梗死患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、血管生成素(Ang)、脂肪细胞因子(apelin)的变化及尤瑞克林对血管生成的作用。方法:选取2019年1月-2021年6月福建医科大学附属泉州第一医院收治的63例急性脑梗死患者及同期招募的63例健康志愿者为研究对象,分别纳入研究组与对照组。将研究组患者根据掷硬币法分为研究1组(常规治疗,30例)与研究2组(常规治疗+尤瑞克林治疗,33例)。126例研究对象均进行了血清VEGF、Ang、apelin检测。比较研究组入院时与对照组血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平;比较研究1组与研究2组治疗前后血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平;采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估研究1组与研究2组治疗前后的神经受损情况。结果:研究组入院时的血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究1组与研究2组在入院时的血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平与NIHSS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究2组血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平均高于研究1组,NIHSS评分低于研究1组(P<0.05)。结论:急性脑梗死患者相比健康人群会出现血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平显著降低现象,在急性脑梗死患者的治疗中应用尤瑞克林可有效上调血清VEGF、Ang、apelin水平,促进微血管新生,有助于改善患者的神经功能。Objective:To analyze the changes of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),angiotensin(Ang)and adipocytokines(apelin)in patients with acute cerebral infarction and the effect of Urinary Kallindinogenase on angiogenesis.Method:A total of 63 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were treated in Quanzhou First Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from January 2019 to June 2021 and 63 healthy volunteers recruited during the same period were selected,they were included in the study group and the control group respectively.The patients in the study group were divided into study group 1(conventional treatment,30 cases)and study group 2(conventional treatment+Urinary Kallindinogenase treatment,33 cases)according to the coin toss method.Serum VEGF,Ang and apelin were detected in all 126 research subjects.The serum VEGF,Ang and apelin levels of the study group on admission were compared with those of the control group;the serum VEGF,Ang and apelin levels of study group 1 and study group 2 before and after treatment were compared;the national institutes of health stroke scale(NIHSS)was used to evaluate the neurological damage in study group 1 and study group 2 before and after treatment.Result:The serum levels of VEGF,Ang and apelin in the study group on admission were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in serum VEGF,Ang apelin levels and NIHSS scores between study group 1 and study group 2 at admission(P>0.05).After treatment,serum VEGF,Ang and apelin levels in the study group 2 were higher than those in the study group 1,the NIHSS score in the study group 2 was lower than that in the study group 1(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with healthy people,patients with acute cerebral infarction will have significantly lower levels of serum VEGF,Ang and apelin,in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction,the application of Urinary Kallindinogenase can effectively up-regulate the levels of serum VEGF,Ang and apelin,promote microangiogenesis,and it is h
