泪道引流管在泪小管断裂吻合术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析泪道引流管在泪小管断裂吻合术中的临床应用效果。方法:选取2018年1月-2021年6月梅州市中医医院临床收治的58例泪小管断裂患者为研究对象,所有患者均给予泪小管断裂吻合术,其中2018年1月-2019年12月选择硬膜外麻醉导管植入的29例患者(B组)作为对照,2020年1月-2021年6月选择泪道引流管置管的29例患者作为A组,比较两组术后3、6个月临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果:术后3个月,A组总有效率为93.10%,较B组的72.41%显著高(P<0.05),术后6个月,A组总有效率为89.66%,较B组的65.52%显著高(P<0.05),A组术后并发症发生率为3.45%,较B组的27.59%显著低(P<0.05)。结论:泪道引流管置管应用于泪小管断裂吻合术中可提高临床效果,减少术后并发症,值得推广。Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of lacrimal drainage tube in the anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus rupture.Method:A total of 58 patients with lacrimal canalicular rupture who were clinically treated in Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.All patients were given lacrimal canalicular rupture anastomosis.From January 2018 to December 2019,29 patients with epimembrane anesthesia catheter implantation were selected as the control(group B),and from January 2020 to June 2021,29 patients with lacrimal drainage catheter implantation were selected as the group A.The clinical effects of two groups in 3 months and 6 months after operation and complications of two groups were compared.Result:Three months after operation,the total effective rate of group A was 93.10%,which was significantly higher than 72.41%of group B(P<0.05).Six months after operation,the total effective rate of group A was 89.66%,which was higher than 65.52%of group B(P<0.05).The postoperative complication rate in group A was 3.45%,which was significantly lower than 27.59%in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of lacrimal drainage tube in the anastomosis of lacrimal canaliculus can improve the clinical effect and reduce postoperative complications,which is worthy of promotion.
