急性脑梗死患者给予脑循环功能治疗仪的治疗效果及对神经功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析脑循环功能治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死的治疗效果,以及对患者神经功能恢复情况的影响。方法:纳入2021年1月~2022年1月本院46例急性脑梗死患者,依照随机原则均分为观察组与对照组,对照组予以常规治疗,观察组予以常规治疗联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗,比较组间神经功能缺损评分、治疗效果、脑血流动力学参数。结果:CSS评分比较,治疗前组间无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组分值低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);各项脑血流动力学参数比较,治疗前组间无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);各项生活质量评分比较,治疗前组间无差异(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组各项均高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗的基础上,联合脑循环功能治疗仪治疗急性脑梗死,可促进患者脑部血流动力学的改善,提升脑部微循环,从而获得更加理想的神经功能恢复效果,提升患者的生活质量。Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of cerebral circulation function therapy instrument in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction and its influence on the recovery of patients’neurological function.Methods:A total of 46 patients with acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with conventional treatment combined with cerebral circulation function therapy instrument.The neurological function deficit score,treatment effect and cerebral hemodynamic parameters between groups were compared.Results:There was no difference in CSS score between groups before treatment(P>0.05),but the score of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in all cerebral hemodynamic parameters between groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in all quality of life scores between groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional treatment,combined with cerebral circulation function therapy instrument for acute cerebral infarction can promote the improvement of cerebral hemodynamics and brain microcirculation,so as to obtain more ideal neurological function recovery effect and improve the quality of life of patients.
