摘  要:差巴嘎蒿(Artemisia halodendron)是呼伦贝尔沙地和科尔沁沙地半固定沙丘的优势灌木之一,可通过强烈的化感作用限制其他物种的种子萌发和幼苗生长。种子添加是植被群落结构优化的有效措施,而物种选择是种子添加的关键。因此,选取两种不同种源4个牧草物种[冰草(Agropyron cristatum)、达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza davurica)、无芒雀麦(Bromus inermis)和紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)],用差巴嘎蒿根、茎和叶凋落物的水浸提液进行处理,研究了不同类型和浓度(0、10、20、40、60、80和100 g/L)浸提液对4种牧草种子萌发的影响。结果表明,差巴嘎蒿凋落物水浸提液对乡土物种冰草和达乌里胡枝子具有强烈的化感抑制效应,不同类型凋落物的抑制效应存在差异。而对于引进物种无芒雀麦和紫花苜蓿,差巴嘎蒿各类凋落物水浸提液均对其没有显著影响(p<0.05),表明这两个物种对差巴嘎蒿的化感效应有较高的耐受性。因此,从种子萌发角度来看,无芒雀麦和紫花苜蓿在半固定沙丘植被群落结构优化方面具有一定的应用潜力。Artemisia halodendron is one of the dominant shrubs in semi-fixed dunes in Hulun Buir and Horqin sandy land,which strongly suppressed seed germination and seedling growth of other species by its allelopathy.Seed addition is an effective pathway to optimize the vegetation community,and species selection is the key to seed addition.In this study,four forege species were selected from two different sources including two native species(Agropyron cristatum and Lespedeza daurica)and two introduced species(Bromus inermis and Medicago sativa)and treated with water extracts from roots,stems and leaf litters of A.halodendron,then effects of different types and concentrations(0,10,20,40,60,80 and 100 g/L)of extractions on seed germination of these four forage species were studied.The result showed that,the water extraction of A.halodendron litters had strong allelopathic inhibitory effect on native species of A.cristatum and L.daurica,and these inhibitory effect of differed among species and litter type.While for the introduced species of B.inermis and M.sativa,all types of the litter water extract of various litters of A.halodendron had no significant effect on them,this indicated that these two species had high tolerance to allelopathic effect of A.halodendron.Therefore,from the perspective of seed germination,B.inermis and M.sativa,have certain application potential in the community optimization of semi-fixed dune vegetation.
