摘 要:不同材质的生物滤器填料对循环水养殖系统的启动有重要影响,因此研究不同滤料下对系统启动速率快慢的影响具有重要意义。以海参循环水养殖系统为对象,研究了3种滤料的循环水养殖系统启动过程中氨氮、总氮、总磷、硝酸盐等指标的变化规律。实验结果表明,不同滤料对循环水养殖系统启动过程会产生相应的影响,通过氨氮的浓度变化可以发现,起初氨氮的浓度很低,随着时间的推移浓度逐渐升高,在第14 d,氨氮的浓度开始逐渐下降;总磷、总氮的浓度会随着时间的推移而逐渐升高,从第6 d浓度相对稳定;硝态氮的浓度波动较大;COD的浓度逐渐降低,pH稳定在7~9,亚硝酸盐起初逐渐上升之后有所下降。经过25 d,该海参循环水养殖系统成功启动。The startup rate of circulating aquaculture system is different under different filtration materials,so it is important to study the effect of the system rate under different filtration materials.This paper studies the change of the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen phosphorus and nitrate in different filtration systems over time.The water quality in the circulating aquaculture system is used under different filter materials(coral sand,gravel block and plastic ring).Ammonia nitrogen has toxic rationality,the higher the concentration of ammonia nitrogen,the less suitable for the growth of organisms.Through experimental data,it is found that different filter materials will have some corresponding effects on the start process of the circulating aquaculture system.Through the change of ammonia nitrogen concentration,we can find that the overall concentration of ammonia nitrogen was very low,and the concentration gradually increased over time.On the 14th day,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen began to decline gradually.The concentration of total phosphorus nitrogen gradually increased over time,relatively stable from day 6.The concentration of nitro nitrogen fluctuates greatly.The concentration of COD gradually decreased,pH stabilized between 7~9,and decreased after nitrite rose at first.
