一次性根管和多次根管对牙体牙髓病的疗效及VAS评分的影响对比

摘　　要：目的研究一次性根管和多次根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的疗效及对视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分的影响。方法60例牙体牙髓病患者,按治疗方式的不同分为观察组与参考组,各30例。观察组实施一次性根管治疗,参考组实施多次根管治疗。对比两组临床疗效、治疗前后的VAS评分。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于参考组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组(2.81±1.24)分低于参考组的(4.65±1.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论一次性根管比多次根管治疗牙体牙髓病患者的疗效更好,对减轻患者术后疼痛有积极意义。Objective To study the efficacy of disposable root canal and multiple root canal therapy in patients with dental pulp disease and its influence on visual analogue scael(VAS)score.Methods A total of 60 patients with dental pulp disease were divided into observation group and reference group according to different treatment methods,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group received disposable root canal therapy,and the reference group received multiple root canal therapy.The clinical efficacy and VAS scores before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the observation group[(2.81±1.24)points]was lower than the reference group[(4.65±1.22)points],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Disposable root canal therapy is more effective than multiple root canal therapy in patients with dental pulp diseases,and it has positive significance in reducing postoperative pain of patients.
