手术联合化疗在铂敏感型复发性卵巢癌治疗中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨铂敏感型复发性卵巢癌患者应用手术联合化疗的治疗效果。方法66例铂敏感型复发性卵巢癌患者,根据治疗方式不同分为观察组(36例)与对照组(30例)。观察组应用手术联合化疗治疗,对照组应用单纯化疗治疗。对比两组并发症发生率、病灶转移率、生活质量评分、平均生存时间。结果观察组并发症发生率为8.3%,低于对照组的26.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组病灶转移率为27.8%,低于对照组的53.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组生活质量评分为(87.1±3.9)分,高于对照组的(77.6±5.9)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.829,P<0.05)。随访1~3年,观察组平均生存时间为(23.97±2.40)个月,长于对照组的(15.90±2.70)个月,差异有统计学意义(t=12.851,P<0.05)。结论铂敏感型复发性卵巢癌患者应用手术联合化疗,可降低并发症发生率及病灶转移率,提升患者生活质量,延长患者生存时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss the effect of surgery combined with chemotherapy in patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer.Methods A total of 66 patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer were divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(30 cases)according to different treatment methods.The observation group was treated with surgery combined with chemotherapy,and the control group was treated with chemotherapy alone.The complication rate,metastasis rate,quality of life score,and average survival time were compared between the two groups.Results The complication rate in the observation group was 8.3%,which was lower than 26.7%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The metastasis rate in the observation group was 27.8%,which was lower than 53.3%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was(87.1±3.9)points,which was higher than(77.6±5.9)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.829,P<0.05).Followed up for 1-3 years,the average survival time of the observation group was(23.97±2.40)months,which was longer than(15.90±2.70)months of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=12.851,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of surgery combined with chemotherapy in patients with platinum-sensitive recurrent ovarian cancer can reduce the complication rate and metastasis rate,improve the quality of life of patients,and prolong the survival time of patients.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
