摘　　要：目的调查某市三级甲等综合儿科医院护士伤口造口失禁(WOC)护理知识培训需求及护理现状,为开展小儿WOC专科护士(WOCN)培训提供依据和参考。方法采用自制的《儿科护士伤口造口失禁护理知识培训需求调研问卷》对某市三级甲等综合儿科医院639名护士进行问卷调查,并对调查结果进行统计分析。结果仅15.02%的儿科护士参加过WOC护理知识培训,92.18%的儿科护士获取相关知识途径是科内或院级业务学习,39.75%的儿科护士每月需给予3例以上的患儿进行WOC护理,WOC护理仍以传统护理方式为主(57.90%)。94.37%的儿科护士希望得到WOC护理知识培训,90.32%的护理管理者表示临床需要WOCN,并同意选派护理骨干参加培训。40.53%的儿科护士希望培训时间是1个月。结论儿科护士需要进行WOC护理知识培训,应积极探索合适的培训模式,满足岗位需求,提升护理质量。Objective To investigate the training needs and nursing status of wound ostomy inconti-nence(WOC)nursing knowledge of nurses in a tertiary general pediatric hospital,so as to provide basis and reference for the training of WOC specialist nurses(WOCN).Methods A self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the training needs of pediatric nurses for WOC nursing knowledge.A total of 639 nurses in a tertia-ry general pediatric hospital in a city were investigated by the questionnaire,and the survey results were statis-tically analyzed.Results Only 15.02%of the pediatric nurses had participated in the WOC nursing knowl-edge training,92.18%of the pediatric nurses acquired relevant knowledge through professional learning at the department or hospital level,39.75%of the pediatric nurses needed to give WOC nursing to more than three children every month,and WOC nursing was still dominated by traditional nursing(57.90%).94.37%of the pediatric nurses hoped to receive WOC nursing knowledge training,and 90.32%of the nursing managers said that WOCN was needed in clinic and agreed to select nursing backbones to participate in the training.40.53%of the pediatric nurses hoped that the training duration would be one month.Conclusion Pediatric nurses need to carry out WOC nursing knowledge training,and should actively explore appropriate training modes to meet post needs and improve nursing quality.
