摘 要:为了解决矿井顶板监测方法通信距离短、定位不精确等问题,设计了一种基于LoRa组网技术的矿井顶板监测系统。首先,根据井下巷道结构,设计了星型组网结构。其次,搭建了监测系统整体框架,并对数据采集模块进行软硬件设计。最后,进行系统定位及鸡群优化(CSO)算法优化设计,先把相邻两个传感器节点间的区域等距离划分,再按照接收附近传感器节点的接收信号强度值(RSSI),对该区域标记等级,并利用未知的节点接收的RSSI确定其所属等级区域,在该等级区域内根据CSO算法利用迭代寻优进一步确定其精确位置。经实验证明,该系统运行稳定,定位精确,无线传输距离半径不低于300m,可以对矿井顶板进行大范围监测。In order to resolve the problems of short communication distance and inaccurate positioning of the present mine roof monitor,a new monitoring system based on Lora networking technology was designed,in which a star network structure was designed according to the underground roadway structure,then the overall framework of the monitoring system was built and the software and hardware of the data acquisition module were designed.The area between two adjacent sensor nodes was divided into two in equal distance,and the level of the area was marked according to the received signal strength of the nearby sensor nodes(RSSI)and determined with the RSSI received by the unknown node.Therefore,its accurate position in the level area was further determined by iterative optimization according to the CSO algorithm.The experiments show that the system has a stable operation,accurate positioning and long distance of wireless transmission not less than 300m,able to monitor the mine roof in a wide range.
